PREFACE

Embarking on a journey that I never anticipated, I found myself spending eight years in the vibrant city of Shanghai, China. Life's twists and turns led me to a serendipitous meeting with my wife, and together, we've built a beautiful family, creating a life journey that I hold dear.

This unexpected chapter began during a winter break visit to Shanghai to catch up with a high school friend. Initially intended as a brief reunion, the visit took an unforeseen turn. Encouraged by my friend, I decided to explore job opportunities in Shanghai. To my surprise, I secured an interview the very next day after applying online, receiving a job offer just days before my scheduled departure back to Indonesia. With limited knowledge about China, the prospect of growing my career in this dynamic environment ignited excitement. This marked the beginning of my adventure, and I look forward to sharing more as we delve into my life's journey in China.
